Profi has leased 60,000 sqm of logistics space at CTPark Bucharest West. The CTP-owned park is located at km 23 along the A1 Bucharest-Pitesti motorway. The contract starts in 2020. This is Profi’s third expansion in the last two years. The logistics park currently includes 400,000 sqm. The developer is planning to expand the property to 1 million sqm in the future.
