Centrum Stromovka on Veletržní street in Prague 7 is due to open in November, following nearly a decade of work by the developer Lordship. The 15,700 sqm multifunctional project will offer more than 90 stores, office space and 500 underground parking palces. The center’s marketing maanger Anna Pucová says the center isn’t a typical shopping mall, but is focused on F&B, entertainment and services along with office space. Along with a Lidl supermarket, there will be a FITINN fitness studio, a sauna zone and a pop-up zone called PARKet. The building’s 5,500 sqm of office space are found on the the third and fourth floors. The project faced substantial opposition from local residents until a compromise solution on its design was achieved with Prague 7’s political leadership.
