A new 14,000 sqm facility is underway at Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2020. Building 11 will be equipped with LED lighting and skylights that are expected to decrease electricity consumption by 45 percent. The building will have special-grade wall insulation and roof system as well as high-performance gas-fired heaters. Prologis will apply for BREEAM certification.
