Europapier Polska has leased 14,000 sqm at P3 Błonie. The tenant was represented by Cresa Polska during the lease process. The P3 park in Błonie is located 27 km west of Warsaw at the junction of National Road 92 and the A2 motorway. The park includes 14 buildings that offer typical storage areas as well as cold storage and freezing facilities and a data center. P3 has the capacity to expand the park by another 35,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.
