Alber Holding broke ground on the second phase of its City of Mara project in Timisoara. The second phase will offer 507 apartments and 4,000 sqm of commercial space, including retail, sports and fitness rooms, cafes, restaurants, laundry facilities and a bookstore in six buildings. The entire City Of Mara complex, an investment amounting to more than €55m, is going up on 2.8 ha. Completion is set for 2027. Work on the first phase of the project started in 2015.
