LPP is planning to get its distribution center in Brześć Kujawski WELL-certified. Currently, the property is in the design stage and is scheduled to be completed in 2022. The investment will be the first warehouse building in Poland to be certified under WELL certification standards. The Well Building Standard is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, as well as monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and wellbeing.
