Delta Trans Group has leased 7,100 sqm of warehouse and office space at Hillwood Ruda Śląska. The logistics provider was represented by Cresa Poland. Hillwood Ruda Śląska is a modern industrial park offering more than 63,000 sqm. “Good location is pivotal for a transport company. Hillwood Ruda Śląska boasts a prime location in the heart of Upper Silesia and excellent road connections with other regions of Poland, as well as the industrialized markets of the Czech Republic, Germany and other CE countries,” said Wojciech Dachniewski, business development director at Hillwood Poland.
