Matexi has secured a building permit for its new residential project, which will go up along Rogalskiego street in Krak贸w鈥檚 Wola Justowska area. Construction is scheduled to break ground in December. The scheme will offer 34 apartments with spacious balconies. Matik designed the project. This is the Belgian developer鈥檚 first residential scheme in Krak贸w. The company intends to build similar projects across the city in the future.
