Unibep is planning to start work on a residential project on Nałęczowska Street in Warsaw by the end of this year. The contract is worth PLN 98.8m. Nordic Sadyba will offer 281 apartments and 12 retail and service units on 11 floors. There will also be 342 underground parking spots. The project scope will include utilities and roads. Construction is scheduled to break ground in December, with completion within 25 months.
