Frigo Logistics has leased 3,500 sqm of cold and freezing space at the Alliance Silesia Logistics Center in Czeladź. Axi Immo Group advised the logistics operator for deep-frozen products during the lease process. “When choosing a new space, there were several important aspects for us. Time, the possibility of lease existing space with controlled temperature and location providing good access to various parts of the Silesian agglomeration were decisive for us,” said Jarosław Kołodziejski, CEO of Frigo Logistics. The Alliance Silesia Logistics Center includes seven warehouse buildings and offers 90,000 sqm of modern space. The investment is located in Czeladź, 10 km from Katowice.
