Nearly 100,000 sqm of office space was delivered in Krak贸w in the first six months of the year. More than 110,000 sqm of additional space is expected to be added to the city by the end of 2019, according to the latest report from Walter Herz. Projects completed in H1 included V.Offices, Fabryczna Office Park B1, Mogilska Office and DOT Office F1. In recent years, Krak贸w鈥檚 office market has grown by an average of 15 percent annually. Only Warsaw is building more office space than Krak贸w, according to Walter Herz.
