DSC Partners has paid $149m for a 1.3 million sq ft portfolio in Montgomery County, Maryland. The portfolio is a combination of 28 single and multi-story office and flex properties in the MetroPark North, WesTech and Meadows business parks in Rockville and Silver Spring. Major tenants include the US government, MedStar Health, Children’s Hospital, Adventist Health Care, Intelligent Automation, Aetna, Netcom Technologies and Dealeron. DSC Partners has tapped Transwestern as property manager for the entire portfolio.
