CPI is the first company on the Hungarian real estate market to secure Access4You certification for a number of its projects that are hanicapped accessible. CPI can use the trademark for one year at, for example, its Campona and Polus shopping centers. The company’s office and commercial portfolio totals nearly 295,000 sqm. Matyas Gereben, country manager of CPI Hungary, said it should be a basic requirement these days that the developer ensures free movement for people with disabilities at its properties.
