Forte Partners broke ground on U Center in Bucharest. Going up along Serban Voda boulevard, the office scheme will offer 63,000 sqm of space. The investment is valued at €200m. This isn’t the only project Forte Partners is building in the capital. The developer is also working on the Matei Millo and Tandem office projects on Calea Victoriei as well as the Aviaței Park residential project in the city’s Aviation neighborhood.
