Completed in 2014, Atley on the Greenway has 40 units designated as affordable. Property amenities include two swimming pools, poolside barbecue and picnic areas, a TV lounge and a gourmet demonstration kitchen and dining area. JLL negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller and also procured the buyer.
