Bella Luna Investments has acquired Coralina Apartments, a 186-unit complex in Cape Coral, Florida, for $35m. Encompassing eight two- and three-story buildings, the 10.4-acre complex was completed in 2018. The property is currently 96 percent leased. Common amenities include a clubhouse, heated swimming pool, sun deck and outdoor fire pit as well as a covered poolside veranda and fitness center. JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller, Phoenix Bay Ventures.
