Construction broke ground on Panattoni Park Toruń II in the Kuyavia-Pomerania region. The two-building complex will offer 57,500 sqm and has already secured its first tenant. A logistics operator will take up 5,000 sqm. Units can be arranged in a flexible manner, so the space in the park can be easily adapted to the needs of tenants representing various industries. The buildings will be BREEAM-certified. The first hall is scheduled to be completed in March 2020.
