The Prague Transport Company (DPP) has agreed on conditions for a joint venture with Karlin Group and Ungelt Group for the renovation of the northern vestibule of the Nádraží Holešovice metro station and the development of land around it. The daily E15 writes that a contract that would create the company Nové Holešovice Development is expected to be signed by the end of October. It’s unclear at this point how big an investment is planned, however, the private developers are expected to cover the costs of the reconstruction work. The joint venture will build new offices or residential units on land between Argentinská and Partyzanská streets, with work expected to begin by 2023.
