Edificia Star Construct broke ground on HILS Pallady Apartments along Theodor Pallady Boulevard in Bucharest. The project will include 2,000 apartments in 12 11-story housing blocks as well as a 2,130 sqm office building. The scheme, located near the Anghel Saligny subway station and the newly opened Ikea Pallady store, will also feature green spaces, playgrounds, a wellness club and underground parking. Edificia Star Construct is indirectly controlled by Ionuţ Negoiţă, whose brother, Robert Negoiţă, is the current mayor of the capital’s District 3, where the project is going up.
