American alcohol producer Brown-Forman Corporation is relocating to Florian Udvar in Budapest’s Obuda district by the end of this year. JLL brokered the deal. The 10,300 sqm class A facility, owned by BIF, previously housed the Royal Hungarian Tobacco Factory. The property includes a 233-spot parking garage, a restaurant and cafe and a 2,000 sqm green inner courtyard. Brown Forman Corporation is one of the largest US producers in the spirits and wine business. Its portfolio includes brands like Jack Daniel’s, El Jimador and Finlandia Vodka.
