Aimee Craig Carlson has joined PulteGroup as director of land planning and entitlement for its Southeast Florida division. Carlson began her career as a senior planner for Palm Beach County’s planning, zoning and building department. She previously worked for Centex Homes as director of land entitlement several years before PulteGroup acquired it. “Aimee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in navigating the approval process for new residential communities,” said Brent Baker, division president for PulteGroup in South Florida. “Her role is crucial as we expand into Miami-Dade County, a geographical area she has experience in and is very familiar with when it comes to the entitlement and zoning processes.”
