Microchip Technology has renewed its lease and expanded its space at AFI Park 1 by an additional 1,200 sqm. The company will now occupy approximately 60 percent, or six floors, of AFI Park 1 in western Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by Oliver Derksen of Knight Frank Romania. AFI Tech Park will offer 70,000 sqm in three office buildings. The first building was completed in the third quarter of 2018. The second building is currently under construction.
