The total office stock in Łódź is set to surpass 500,000 sqm in the second half of this year, placing the city almost on par with Katowice and Poznań, but behind Tricity, Wrocław and Kraków, according to Savills. By comparison, Warsaw has 5.54 million sqm of office space. At the end of June, Łódź’s office stock totaled 496,700 sqm, of which more than 40 percent was delivered since 2015, writes Savills.
