Finmarc Management has paid $26.13m for two offices buildings in Ashburn, Virginia. Totaling 190,000 sq ft, the package includes a three-story, 110,000 sq ft commercial office building and an 80,000 sq ft single-story industrial/R&D structure. The buildings are fully leased, serving as the global headquarters of cybersecurity company Telos Corp since 1996. The seller, whose name was not disclosed, was represented by HFF.
