Gran Via recently bought a 5,000 sqm plot of land in northern Bucharest, near Aviatiei Apartments, where it will start developing 70 apartments next year. The company is also negotiating the acquisition of three more development land parcels, totaling about 4 ha around Bucharest. The Spanish developer is currently developing four residential projects in Romania: three in Bucharest — Timisoara 58, Gran Via Park and Aviatiei Apartments — and one in Constanta — Gran Via Marina.
