JLL Slovakia has named Rudolf Nemec as its new Head of Capital Markets, a move that took effect September 1. Nemec has been with the company for six years now, during which he has worked on all of the major real estate transactions in Slovakia that JLL was involved in worth more than €1bn. In his new role, Rudolf will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and new clients active predominantly in Slovakia and CEE. JLL’s CEO for Czechia and Slovakia Miroslav Barnáš said that Nemec’s proactive client approach and experience will help improve the company’s performance on the capital markets side of the business.
