PMG and Greybrook Realty Partners secured a $161.5m loan for a mixed-use scheme in downtown Miami. The funding was obtained from Centennial Bank and Square Mile Capital. The 1 million sq ft project will include a 49-story, 646-unit property with 51,000 sq ft of office space along with a 22,000 sq ft church. The church, the First United Methodist Church of Miami, will feature a chapel, fellowship hall, classrooms, offices, a basketball court and a three-story sanctuary.
Common amenities in the building include a public lobby lounge and restaurant, coworking spaces, a gym and fitness studio, a swimming pool and outdoor lounge, smart package lockers and bike storage. Completion is scheduled for 2021.
