American Healthcare Investors acquired One Park Way, a medical office building in Haverhill, Massachusetts, for $15.5m. Totaling 63,539 sq ft, the building is currently fully leased to six tenants anchored by Partners Community Physicians Organization, a regional multi-specialty provider. Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller, Pentucket Medical Realty Limited Partnership.
