Rohde & Schwarz Topex has leased 8,000 sqm at myhive IRIDE nineteen in northern Bucharest. The lease deal was mediated by Crosspoint Real Estate. Rohde & Schwarz Topex, which designs and supplies telecommunication equipment, will use the space on the ground and first floors for its production and integration system areas, while its offices will be located on the second and third floors. The building, owned by Immofinanz, is currently undergoing a major modernization to adapt the space to the current needs of its tenants.
