Skanska sold Nowy Targ in Wrocław and High5ive II in Kraków to real estate funds managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Cushman & Wakefield acted as the agent in the transaction. Nowy Targ offers 22,800 sqm of leasable space spread over seven floors with 195 underground parking places. The building is situated in the center of Wrocław on Św. Katarzyna Street. High5ive offers 70,000 sqm of leasable space in five office buildings next to Kraków’s Central Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska and the historic city center. The second phase includes the third and fourth buildings, totaling 37,500 sqm of modern office space and 414 parking spots.
