Nestle, MHP Romania, part of Porsche Group, and Tech Mahindra have signed leases totaling 1,200 sqm at Vox Technology Park in Timisoara. The office project is owned by Vox Property Group, which invested €30m in the scheme. The building offers 26,600 sqm of leasable space. Vox Property Group is also developing a residential project called Vox Vertical Village in the immediate vicinity of the office project.
