Parkview Management secures $57m for Brooklyn resi project

Parkview Management has secured a $57m loan from JLJ Capital for the completion of a mixed-use scheme in Brooklyn, New York. The project is going up in the city’s Williamsburg neighborhood. Plans include a 17-story residential tower with 63 units and 60,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space.The owner will apply for a tax exemption, which will provide tax credits in return for leasing 30 percent of the apartments at affordable rents as defined by the state. Designed by Syndicate Architecture, the project is slated for completion in the second half of 2020.
