Taurus Investment buys Sarasota office complex for $45.2m

Taurus Investment Holdings has paid $45.2 million for a Class A office complex in Sarasota, Florida. The Gateway Professional Center encompasses four buildings located on N Cattlemen Road. Currently 91 percent leased, the 246,941 sqf of office space is leased to a mix of accounting, insurance, engineering and technology companies. The buildings offer adjacent restaurants, a fitness center, conference center along with parking for more than 1,150 vehicles. JLL represented the seller, TerraCap Management LLC, and procured the buyer.
