General contractor Totalbud has topped off the Nova Królikarnia residential scheme in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The project is situated on a 0.66 ha plot and will include 18 three-story detached buildings. The houses will have open floor plans, with only the bathrooms and kitchens having specific designated areas. The project was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates, while the developer is Ronson Development.
