Developers delivered nearly 1.1 million sqm of new warehouse space in the first half of this year, increasing the total stock in Poland to more than 17 million sqm, according to Colliers International. Developer activity remains high, with more than 2.2 million sqm of modern warehouse space under construction, 26 percent of which is in Upper Silesia. The largest increase in warehouse space was recorded in the Warsaw region and Central Poland, with nearly 395,000 sqm delivered. Meanwhile, the volume of transactions concluded up to the end of June amounted to 1.87 million sqm.
