Singapore group buys Ludwig office complex in Munich

Pacific Eagle has acquired the “Ludwig”, a 27,000 sqm building complex in Munich on Ludwigstrasse 21 that’s anchored by Boston Consulting Group by Allianz. The ā€œLudwigā€ encompasses three building units, including Ludwigstrasse 21, Theresienstrasse 4, 6, 8 and Theresienstrasse 10. The buildings have all been modernized recently and offer office spaces will high levels of natural light and high-standard equipment. In addition to the two main tenants, which take up 85 percent of the space, the software provider Celonis and a patent attorney firm also maintain headquarters there. The adviser for Pacific Eagle was KanAm Grund Group, which acts as investment and asset manager for the Singapore-based family office.
