Złote Piaski is planning to build a housing estate in Kampinos, near Warsaw. The investment will include 260 buildings located on a 34 ha plot. The project will feature detached and semi-detached buildings, the internal transport system (internal roads, pavements, bicycle paths and above-ground parking spaces) as well as green areas. A local sewage treatment plant will also be constructed. The developer is currently applying for an environmental decision for the scheme.
