The first phase of the Iulius Town mixed-use project is scheduled to open on Friday. It will include 120,000 sqm of retail in 450 stores, a regional business hub with 100,000 sqm of class A office space, three event rooms, restaurants and cafes, a park, a car tunnel and more than 4,000 parking spaces. The retail area will offer brands like Liu Jo, Intimissimi, Marks & Spencer, Next, Superdry & New Era, Primigi and Beautik Haute Parfumerie.
