Henniges Automotive has moved into the Plaza building in Mladá Boleslav following the closing a lease deal for 3,000 sqm. The supplier of technical sealing devices and anti-vibration components will use the space as a center for innovation and technology, fitting it out with the latest equipment for the purpose. Colliers International worked with the company to find a suitable location. “The main goal of this transaction for our client was to find a building with technical parameters that allows for the installation of specific equipment to help the company maintain its position as a market leader in its field,” says Silvie Marešová Senior Associate of Industrial Agency. “A key factor was the location of the building, which will strengthen ties between Henniges Automotive and its customers of European car manufacturers.”
