Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii has selected Grimbud as the general contractor for a residential building which will be part of the second stage of the Nowa 5 Dzielnica project in Kraków. The contract price is estimated at PLN 26.2m. ION Architekci is responsible for the project design. Construction is scheduled to start in September, with completion set for 2021. The complex will offer 1,450 apartments in several 10-story buildings.
