Hydro Sapa Building Systems Poland has leased 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R City Flex Łódź I. The company will use 2,000 sqm for research and development, focusing on aluminium architecture systems, while the remaining 500 sqm will be used as office space. Aximmo advised the tenant during the lease process. The property, totaling 8,300 sqm, is a “small business unit” within the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics complex. Completion is set for the third quarter of 2019.
