Corum Asset Management acquired the second building under development at Skanska’s Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań. The property traded hands for €36m. The office building will offer 12,000 sqm of space and is pre-leased to Żabka. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. In June, Skanska completed the sale of the first building in the same complex to Franklin Templeton Investments.
