ApexOne Investment Partners has purchased Landings at Lake Gray, a 300-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville, Florida, for $34.6m. Common amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, pool, car care center and parking for 600 vehicles. Built in 2005, Landings at Lake Gray was 95 percent leased at the time of the sale. The seller, American Landmark, bought the property for $31m in 2017.
