Located less than 5 miles from downtown Boca Raton, the property, which was renamed Bell Lighthouse Point, features one six-story building along with an attached six-story parking deck that can house 364 vehicles. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, grilling stations and valet dry-cleaning service. The sale was completed with a $40.1m acquisition loan arranged by JLL Capital Markets through PNC Real Estate.
