Strabag Real Estate has sold its recently opened Motel One hotel located at Tamka Street in Warsaw to the hotel’s operator. The value of the deal has not been disclosed. BSWW advised Strabag Real Estate during the transaction. Motel One is located in the center of Warsaw, offering 300 rooms in 12,700 sqm of useable space across eleven floors. The hotel also has space for conferences and a bar.
