Colliers International has taken over the management of the Łódź 1 office project. The property is a four-story building located at 22 Piłsudskiego avenue in Łódź. The investment offers 6,500 sqm of leasable space as well ad 130 parking spots. The owner of the Łódź 1 office building is Prime Holdings Group, a private, owner-operated real estate platform with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe.
