Galens Invest is poised to break ground on a residential complex in Belgrade. New Minel will go up across from the old IMT factory on Tosin Bunar street. The first phase will include 328 apartments, ranging from 25 sqm to 122 sqm, as well as 10 business suites and 23 commercial units on the ground floor. There will also be underground parking for 454 vehicles. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2021.
