More than 300,000 sqm of office space were leased in Poland’s regional cities in the first half of the year, according to a Walter Herz report. Demand during the six-month period outpaced H1 2018, when 260,000 sqm of office were leased. Kraków led with 140,000 sqm in lease deals. The largest facilities completed in the first six months of the year in Poland’s regional markets include Business Garden and Nowy Rynek B in Poznań, Brama Miasta B in Łódź and V.Offices and Fabryczna Office B1 in Kraków.
