Iulius Group and Atterbury Europe have invested €8.7m in the park that will be part of Iulius Town in Timisoara. The park, Iulius Gardens, will officially open to the public at the same time the first phase of the project is delivered later this month. Development partners Iulius Group and Atterbury Europe are investing a total of €220m in the project. Each owns a 50-percent stake in the Iulius Town complex.
