RIO projekti is planning to build a shopping and residential center in Rijeka, along the Croatian coast. Demolition work has already started. The center will go up on a site that used to house the former Rio Rijeka factory on Izvidjacka street. The project will also include 261 apartments and 12 penthouse units in three residential buildings. Rozic Architects and Partners designed the scheme. The investment value was not disclosed.
